ALL TOURS MUST BE BOOKED WITH 48 HOURS OF ANTICIPATION. Availability of this tour is subject do change due to weather conditions and guide availability. $65 for groups of 1-2 People. Groups of 3+ people will be charged $25 per person. The waterfall hike offers an ideal balance of excitement and tranquility. With a total distance of approximately 7 kilometers, this moderate difficulty hike presents a rewarding challenge, taking you on a steady uphill climb towards the magnificent cascade. Along the way, be prepared to be captivated by the sights and sounds of the lush surroundings, filled with vibrant flora and fauna. For those seeking a more convenient option, we offer a hassle-free alternative. Opt to hire a car that will transport you to a location just a short 10-minute walk from the waterfall. This allows you to arrive swiftly and spend more quality time basking in the awe-inspiring presence of the cascading waters. The cost of transportation for up to four people is $40. To ensure your comfort and safety during the hike, we recommend wearing sturdy hiking boots or reliable sandals that provide a firm grip on the terrain. This will allow you to confidently navigate the trails and fully immerse yourself in the natural splendor that awaits you. Yes, you can swim at the waterfall but do take care as the current is quite strong!

Cancellation, Modification, Transfer, Refund, Dining, and Force Majeure Policy By confirming a reservation with Los Tarrales, the Guest agrees to the following: 1. Grace Period The Guest may cancel without penalty within forty-eight (48) hours of booking (āGrace Periodā). The Grace Period doesĀ notĀ apply to reservations with an arrival date or scheduled service beginning within forty-eight (48) hours of booking. Such reservations require full payment at the time of booking and are immediately non-refundable. 2. Payment Obligation Upon expiration of the Grace Period, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable. 3. Failure to Pay Failure to remit may resultĀ in automatic cancellation without further obligation by Los Tarrales. 4. No Cancellations, Modifications, or Transfers After expiration of the Grace Period, reservations may not be cancelled, modified, rescheduled, or transferred. 5. No Refunds All payments made after the Grace Period, or payments made for reservations within 48 hours of arrival, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason. 6. Force Majeure The no-refund and no-modification policy applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, severe weather, illness, or personal emergencies. 7. Dining Policy Meals are not charged at time of booking. Between 48 and 72 hours prior to arrival, Los Tarrales will confirm arrival time, dietary requirements, and meal selections. Any confirmed meal not cancelled at least four (4) hours prior to service will be charged in full, regardless of consumption. 8. Acceptance Completion of booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
