Cancellation, Modification, Transfer, Refund, Dining, and Force Majeure Policy
By confirming a reservation with Los Tarrales, the Guest agrees to the following:
1. Grace Period
The Guest may cancel without penalty within forty-eight (48) hours of booking (“Grace Period”).
The Grace Period does not apply to reservations with an arrival date or scheduled service beginning within forty-eight (48) hours of booking. Such reservations require full payment at the time of booking and are immediately non-refundable.
2. Payment Obligation
Upon expiration of the Grace Period, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.
3. Failure to Pay
Failure to remit may result in automatic cancellation without further obligation by Los Tarrales.
4. No Cancellations, Modifications, or Transfers
After expiration of the Grace Period, reservations may not be cancelled, modified, rescheduled, or transferred.
5. No Refunds
All payments made after the Grace Period, or payments made for reservations within 48 hours of arrival, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.
6. Force Majeure
The no-refund and no-modification policy applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, severe weather, illness, or personal emergencies.
7. Dining Policy
Meals are not charged at time of booking.
Between 48 and 72 hours prior to arrival, Los Tarrales will confirm arrival time, dietary requirements, and meal selections.
Any confirmed meal not cancelled at least four (4) hours prior to service will be charged in full, regardless of consumption.
8. Acceptance
Completion of booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
